Tim Dreher |
Tim Dreher, Physical Therapist
Mr. Dreher graduated from Northeastern University in 1988. Tim started Physical Therapy with the University of California Medical Center, specializing in neurology and orthopedics. He went on to become the Senior Physical Therapist at Kentfield Rehabilitation working in Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain and Head and Spinal Cord Injury. He is a National speaker with the Arthritis Foundation and also conducts training seminars for therapists on chronic pain, geriatric exercise, neurology, Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Tim opened his private practice in California in 1998, focusing on pain management and wellness. He returned to Boston in 2003 and created a team of highly specialized physical and massage therapists, trainers, counselors, physicians, and alternative practitioners to address patient’s needs in a holistic manner.
Tim is an avid gardener, and enjoys swimming in area ponds, hiking in the White Mountains, and eating all the BBQ he can!

Kristina H. Desmond |
Kristina H. Desmond, Physical Therapist
Ms. Desmond received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 1997. She spent four years working at the Massachusetts General Hospital in both acute care and outpatients. In 2004, Kristina joined Tim Dreher and Associates and began teaching with him in 2005. She is a licensed personal trainer with a strong personal interest in Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Through her own experience as an athlete, she has seen the importance of cross training with various mind/body practices focusing on the whole person. These non-traditional therapy programs have enhanced her treatment techniques to successfully treat the patient as a whole. Kristina only teaches our Pilates classes and is presently not available for individual appointments.

Gerry MacMahon |
Gerry MacMahon, Physical Therapist
Gerry earned his degree as a physical therapy assistant in 2004 from Massachusetts Bay Community College and followed that up with a certificate in Therapeutic Massage from the same college in 2005. He has since focused his attentions on Trigger Point Therapy known as Neuromuscular Therapy and has attended several seminars on many different techniques, such as Myofascial Release Technique, Craniosacral Therapy, Orthopedics in Massage Therapy, to name but a few. He has also extensive experience training Gaelic Football teams.
An advocate for life long learning, Gerry is delighted to work with Tim and his wonderful team of therapists. The chance to combine both manual and physical therapy skills is challenging and exciting.
A native of Dublin, Ireland, Gerry has a love of his native games Gaelic Football and Hurling. Having represented his county at the highest level, he can be seen officiating the games at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, Ma. He has recently taken up golf with a vengeance. Gerry is married to his lovely wife Esther and resides in Milton |

Michele Arpino |
Michele Arpino, Physical Therapist
Michele graduated from Northeastern University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has focused her physical therapy career on treating patients with varied orthopedic conditions and more recently, enjoys working with the geriatric population. Michele believes in a whole body approach to physical therapy in order to assist clients in recovering from all types of injuries.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and rooting on the Boston teams.
